BOOKING. We recommend that you book your treatments before your arrival so that we can meet your appointment requests as best as possible.

GETTING STARTED. We would be happy to welcome you 5 minutes before your treatment appointment. We recommend that men shave a few hours beforehand for facial treatments.

CANCELLATION. If you cannot keep your appointment, we ask you to cancel it 12 hours in advance. Otherwise, 50% of the booked service will be charged.

IMPORTANT. Please inform us about existing cardiovascular weaknesses, allergies, pregnancies or recent operations before starting your treatment.
