• Reservations are only considered binding as soon as you receive written confirmation from us.
  • Check in is possible from 2 p.m. Please, leave your room (check out) until 11 a.m. on the day of your departure. We offer you the opportunity to check in online. Please, follow the link in your confirmation of reservation.
  • On request, we can offer you a late check out at 6 p.m. depending on availability. Late check out will be charged with EUR 20 per room.
  • Payment: you can pay your hotel bill in cash (please, note applicable legal restrictions), with an EC- or credit card (except Diners and AMEX).
  • Unfortunately, we are not able to guarantee you the floor level, room location or room number within a certain room category.
  • Smoking is only permitted outdoors and on the balconies.
  • Cancellation conditions:You can cancel your booking free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. In case of cancellation up to 7 days before arrival, 40% of the agreed total price will be charged. If you cancel less than 7 days before arrival, 80% will be charged.In case of no-show without cancellation, we will charge 100% of the agreed total price. The agreed price is the total price stated at the time of booking.
  • Travel cancellation insurance: We offer you the travel cancellation insurance by the Europäische Reiseversicherung. If you arrive late or do not start a booked hotel stay or if you depart early, cancellation fees may be charged. If you take out a travel cancellation insurance, you are covered against such costs.   • Upon completion of the accommodation contract, the Südtirol Alto Adige Guest Pass (consequently Guest Pass) will be issued to the guest, which according to the decision of the South Tyrolean regional government No. 732/2022, is valid for the entire duration of their stay as well as from 0:00 on the day of arrival unto 24:00 on the day of departure.
    • The Guest Pass includes the use of all public transport within the “südtirolmobil” network area as well as additional services, which vary depending on the tourism organization. Detailed information can be found at: suedtirol-guestpass.info
    • The sole entity carrying the Guest Pass in South Tyrol is the Mobilitätskonsortium, appointed as the unified coordination point in accordance with the above decision of the South Tyrolean regional government by the Provincial Association of Tourism Organizations of South Tyrol on November 16, 2022.The details of the additional services associated with the Guest Pass and the conditions of use of the Guest Pass are communicated by the third party responsible for issuing and managing the Guest Pass.
